Job Details:
Title: Independent Outside Sales Agent
Location: Work from Home
BASIC FUNCTION:
Our Client provides point of sales payment technology and electronic transaction processing services to merchants nationwide. Sales are made through cold calling, referral market cultivation and current customer referrals. The Independent Agent’s role is in booking merchant accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to bring in new business
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with individuals or groups
- Ability to handle multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to utilize personal computer, telephone, facsimile, copier, calculator and other general office equipment
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions
- Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel, partners and vendors
- Ability to handle confidential material appropriately
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:
1. High School diploma required
2. Sales experience preferred
3. Effective knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Powerpoint required
4. Must have vehicle for use
